Refund Policy

    Attention Troopers!

    This article will cover the refund policy of PointBlank Singapore & Malaysia.

    Please note that the refund will only be available for users who’ve logged into PointBlank Singapore & Malaysia at least once from 1st January 2017 onward and refund will commence from 1st June 2017.

    Also refund will only be available for the remaining PB Cash within your account at the time of Top up & Cash shop closure on 31st May 2017 12PM. There’ll be no refund for the items remaining in your account.
